The products we sell: We do our best to describe and qualify the condition of the material in order that you can make your selection in full knowledge of the characteristics of the item. We mention all the flaws we see.
The pens are restored to working order with a few exceptions: pencils may need erasers and ballpens may need refills. Any other exception will be mentioned.
Please note that as most are used items they may show some signs of wear as a result of their own different history. These vintage pens may have their distinctive writing characteristics but also the flair of the “old days” together with a great investment potential.

Guarantee: We guarantee all items are original and as described. In the case that the description/images do not correspond to the item, we ask the client to let us know by email within the 5 days of reception and resend the pen in the same packaging and condition as received. On return of the pen we will refund the original purchase price minus the shipping and insurance costs (shipping back to us is on buyer´s cost).  We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the item returned is not the same and/or in the same condition as delivered.

How to buy: We hope you decide to buy from www.castelloscollection.com.ar . Once you have made your choice send us an e-mail to : with the name and code of each product that you are interested to purchase. Also tell us to which country and zip code the items should be send and what is the shipping service you prefer. We will confirm you if the items are still available and send you the invoice with the total cost where the shipping charges will be included.

Payment: All prices are in US dollars. Prices does not include shipping.
Payments can be done: • Pay Pall: to .In this case we ask you to add 4% of the total invoice to cover Pay Pall commission. This method is the fastest and the cheapest.
• Western Union (from registered agencies, they charge you a commission)
• bank transfer (buyer pay all the banks transfer charges). Ask for details.
• or with personal cheque in US dollars from an USA bank to our name, you send the cheque to our address. We send the cheque to our bank, once credited we send you the pen. It is a very time consuming way.

Shipping: Buyer pays shipping expenses. We ship worldwide. We ship by Correo Argentino registered air mail, express mail by EMS or other courier’s companies. As indicative rates: Correo Argentino registered air-mail up to 100 g= US$ 10.00. Via EMS international (up to 500 g): Mercosur countries: US$ 18.00), South America (rest): US$ 26.00, USA: US$ 30.00, Europe: US$ 35.00, rest of the world US$ 40. Correo Argentino provides online tracking in Argentina, while abroad tracking depends on the local mail system. We can also ship: with FEDEX, UPS, and DHL which are more expensive but are guarantee traceable worldwide and has a basic insurance. We always provide the tracking code of registered shipment and if needed will  assist the client to initiate the claim to the mail service. Uninsured shipping is entirely at buyers risk so for higher value items we recommend a courrier company service.

Insurance: Insurance for higher values is only available with FEDEX, UPS and DHL ( 5% Argentinian Federal tax must be added to the final total declared value). The parcels can be tracked on line by means of the tracking code provided by CORREO ARGENTINO, EMS, Fedex, DHL or UPS. In the rare case of a lost package the investigation process carried out by CORREO ARGENTINO may take months. We take no responsibility of it, but will assist the customer in the claim. For further savings, if requested by the customer, we offer a supplementary shipping insurance policy limited to 100 US$ when sending by registered mail that has a cost of 10 U$ additional to the postage rate. This is also a security measure: since our insurance is paid separately, not as part of the applied postage, our packages bear no obvious external indication of value.
